july 2014 me meri wife ke sath mera zagda hone ke badme wo uske parents ke ghar rehti he,mera 1 ladka he wo bhi uske sath he. me 4-5 time usko lene me liya gaya lekin uske parents ne usko ane nahi diya. phir august me jab rakhi ke din me usko lene gaya to bhi unhone mere son ko muje milne nahi diya to mene gusse me akar mere sasur ke sath zagda hua.
uske bad unhone Mahila ayog me “stri dhan” wapas lene ke liye application kiya. waha hum ko samjya aur compro karvaya lekin with some conditions like i have to live seperate and my parents will should not come to my home etc…
i accepted but i cant find seperate house in 1 week so they break the compro by saying i dont want to take her etc…and thn she not came to live with me.after few weeks, my mother,bua,sister went to her home to invite for family function at my bua’s home but they denied to come and very rudely behave with my mother and bua. and than they have filed FIR against all my family members.
they have filed 3 cases 1 for interim maintainance 2 maintenance 3 498a.125 is closed with odered to pay 5500 pm from case filed to till date.

Has she proved any cruelty to claim maintenance?
There is judgment which says Forcing man to separate from his Family is cruelty.
