      To respected recipients,

      Question: My employer wants to start my green card processing in USA. Will the trial proceedings (498a + dv act) against me back in india will put my green card processing into risk

      2) My passport is also getting expired.what steps i need to take to make sure extn doesnt get rejected. I am afraid about the 17th column in the application which asks about charge-sheets and court proceedings. What should I do.?

      You have to take risk at some times.

      If you are in USA go as normal process, do not mention your Indian Troubles.

      Hope its False.

      Thank you very much for the suggestion. Yes its a false case framed against me and my parents. I am contesting the case for a very long time now.Sorry if I haven’t mentioned in the beginning.

      Check again your H1b Visa application/LCA form. There are no questions asked about Criminal case information in your country-if asked they are not related to this type.

      dont post your passport for extension- go for personal renewal. Put a good smile. We like happy people around ourself.

      Sell everything(car) and goback, Get arrested and goto jail. No police beat you in jail. No newspaper will talk about you when in jail or after. Journalism laws wont allow that. Now you are in india, you made good connections. put all silly case on your parents, include everyones name there. Have fun running around court gates.

      within 3 months all cases wil close, put a poker face at POE, do the Greencard thing.

      The above thing worksout clearly only when you are innocent.

      Saying- never you did that- physically/mentally/sexcually harrasment to women(wife) NEVER.

      we are all from that mother and his wifes womb. We are not accepting any torture not accepted by her.

      498a is made after listening lot of real cries.
