Dear friend,
Jai Hind.
It is setteled ground in law for cancellation of maintenance, so no need of rulling. You have to prove the court about adultry, for thatif both of them are having relation, you have to complaint for offence of adultry, then after it has to be proved. Then only this ground can be considered by the court. So it is difficult, so you file divorce petition, she will remarry, u also then no need of dispute. both will be free. Why u r having so much tension. We have to face problem without tension, then only life is enjoyful.
Yours wellwisher,
Adv,. Ramchandra N. Kachave

Another thing to ADD to prove adultery, They you have to film them or take photographs when they are having sex, KISSING or sitting in park is not adultery. Even in many cases I have seen husband have proofs that she and her paramour had spent days in some resort with original names, it’s authorised by resort staff that they were there for 2nights/3 days in honeymoon suite. then also it’s difficult to prove… only reply by wife – yes we are in same room but I was sleeping on bed and he was sleeping on sofa.. that’s all. Never seen a case in which adultery is proven on female.
