I stay in delhi and had a son with me from first marriage with me. I married with a lady (issueless) who told us this is her second marriage. After marriage she insisted for having a child of her own , hence a daughter was born out of wedlock. Very soon after the birth of daughter she went to Mumbai and filed a Case there for cruelty section 13 and interim maintance sec 24 of HMA . About three months prior to passing orders my lawyer told me to find the papers of her previous divorce , though next to immpossible but by grace of god i got the papers (attested from the court) and were submitted in court that this is her third marriage with me and she had lied.
In her written statement to court in bombay also she has maintained her marriage was a second marriage with me. Even after submission of papers i have come to know the judge had passed an oral interim order of rs 21,000/ though my income as per IT is merely 25,000/-
What action you suggest now in these circumstances.
Thanks
