R.D SHYAM PRAKASH & ORS. Respondent(s)

( IA No.31368/2020-CONDONATION OF DELAY IN FILING )

Date : 28-02-2020 This petition was called on for hearing today.

CORAM : HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE MOHAN M. SHANTANAGOUDAR, HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY

For Petitioner(s) Mr. K. Paari Vendhan, AOR
For Respondent(s)

UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Delay condoned.

It is the contention of the petitioner that notice was not served on the petitioner herein before the High Court. We have gone through the material on record. In our considered opinion, the High court was justified in quashing the order issuing process as against Respondent Nos. 2 to 7 inasmuch as they are the in-laws, brother-in-law and sister-in-law etc. who are not residing with the petitioner and husband.

Hence, no interference is called for. The special leave petition is dismissed.

Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
