As I wrote, I filled Criminal Writ Petition to quash my 498A.
It was filled on 29th July
In next week date Judge was convinced that it’s False and next date was set was 21st August.
Even Blind can say its False 498A and on 21st August Judge ordered STAY on all Proceeding of my 13 years old IPC 498A.
And Judge Ordered Public Prosecutor to submit reply immediately.
