Chief Justice of India
Supreme Court of India – New Delhi.
Respected Sir;
For an Indian Mother, Her childrens suffering is worst torture than brutality on her. The current situation forced me to approach you when I exhausted all my resources to get justice to my son as he has been harassed by Legal Terrorism for last 8 years.
In the year 2000, he was falsely victimized under section 498A IPC, and charged with Criminal Complaint bearing No. Regular Cr. CC No. 317 of 2000 U/s 498(A), 323, 504, and 506 IPC, before the Honorable Court of Jt. Civil Judge JD & Jmfc Vasai, Thane Dist Maharashtra, and she was present in the court only once 8 years back; case is still going on. Said Judge refused to drop the case unless she comes to court, but unable to produce her to court. Now he approached to Bombay HC for disposal, but for months, its still in Due Admission status. Her 8 years absence itself proves that she filled case just to harass my son
When she left, she took all the gold and valuables, but police refuse to take the complaint.
She took my grandson, whom I have not seen for last 8 years, even she left him with her parents, and she is staying in Dubai, but in custody case my son filed, was dismissed even without visitation rights. He applied for Divorce, still after 8 years, judge says why so hurry.
Because of all this, he attempted to commit suicide 3 times, as?he was getting threatening letters and calls from them for no reason and he lost his 3 well paid jobs. Later we managed to send him abroad with judge permission, away from India and threats.
In last 8 years he reduced to half, and all his head turned grey, he look older than me; because of this harassment and torture my husband died 2 years back, my son is the only one who supports me financially.
I reported this matter?to Maharashtra state women commission, but no reply from them and also to NCW [CASE no.8/C0500721/VT/MSH/NCW/2006] but they says myA? harassment is not comes under their mandate.
I can`t bear this torture anymore, I request you here by, to put an end to my harassment or further relief as the facts and circumstances of the case may require
Thanking you;
Mrs. I. DSouza.
