I am shopkeeper and convicted us 138 and appealed in session Court . I have call recording of opposite party where he accepts he had given money in 2012 but in court he claimed in 2016. I have paid him 175000 out of 195000 out of which 151000 is online transfer. But I was failed to prove this was old transaction due to lack of evidence.
