SAMPLE WILL AND TESTAMENT

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF [Your Name]

I, [Your Name], son/daughter of [Father’s Name], residing at [Your Address], hereby declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.

I. APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR

I appoint [Executor’s Name], son/daughter of [Executor’s Father’s Name], residing at [Executor’s Address], as the Executor of my estate.

II. DISPOSITION OF ASSETS

1. My immovable property situated at [Property Address] shall be given to [Beneficiary’s Name].
2. My bank deposits in [Bank Name] shall be divided equally between [Beneficiary 1] and [Beneficiary 2].
3. My shares in [Company Name] shall be transferred to [Beneficiary’s Name].
4. My jewelry and other household items shall be given to [Beneficiary’s Name].

III. SPECIFIC BEQUESTS

1. I bequeath my car, [Car Make and Model], to [Beneficiary’s Name].
2. I bequeath my residential flat, [Flat Address], to [Beneficiary’s Name].
3. Set any terms and condition to this WILL, like if a minor is a Beneficiary

IV. RESIDUARY CLAUSE

I give, devise, and bequeath the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate to [Beneficiary’s Name].

V. TESTAMENTARY GUARDIAN

If [Beneficiary’s Name] is a minor, I appoint [Guardian’s Name] as their guardian.

VI. FUNERAL EXPENSES

I direct that my Executor shall pay all expenses related to my funeral and last rites.

VII. GOVERNING LAW

This Will shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

I hereby sign this Will in the presence of two witnesses, who have attested and signed in my presence.
