At the same time my child custody case also going on;
I filed for child custody in 2003, but she came to only for 2 dates, that also she gave false statements; this November, she came to court 2nd time and swore on BIBLE that I am drinking (alcoholic) had Affair bla bla;
When she took my son, when he was 2 years old I asked police, to give me back my son, they said till 5 years he belongs to mother; even lawyer refuse to take my custody case.
Every year I used to send Greeting cards to him, even he can nott read or understand, I know none reached him; when he joined school I went to meet him there, but Teachers Stopped me and did not allowed me to talk to him separately, He was in her home town so all teachers know her, and she told them not to allow me to meet.
I sent Birthday cards which reached no where.
Even I wrote letter to teacher when he was in 2nd standard, and sent along with letter an inland letter with my address and asked Teacher to ask him to write me back. So far no reply came.
Only thing she wants is keep me away from him;
She knows she can black mail me with 498A to get him.
i m sorry it is the pathetic situation. divorce is between husband n wife, not between father n his kids.
