It has been 12 years now, after filling False case of Dowry demand, but they never know they dug their own Grave with False statement.
She said in her 498A FIR statement that they gave BLACK GOLD and i was demanding more……
It was their mistake, may be who ever was misguiding her, they did not know they are leading her to conviction, without knowing. maybe they never thought their words to convict me will turn fatal to them.

I always kept this Trump Card as my one of the last weapon. thats nothing but in short its called DP3.
its a Section 3- The Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961
Penalty for giving or taking dowry.[ Ref : http://mynation.net/laws/bare-acts/dowry/dp-s3.htm ]
1(1)] If any person, after the commencement of this Act, gives or takes or abets the giving or taking of dowry, he shall be punishable 2 with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than 3 five years, and with fine which shall not be less than fifteen thousand rupees or the amount of the value of such dowry, whichever is more:
As i never tried to quash Legal Terrorism Activities against me, as i kept request with Judge, if ever she surface after many years Charge her with DP3 before questioning me…. but she never came to court.
but if judge is not doing Anything but i can do in other way.
So i filled DP3 complaint to the Police, i just sent them short letter attaching her own FIR copy.
Police take action on her not, but with this DP3 i can make them spend sleepless nights for sure.
Moral of the Story is : if you sow thorns to others, BEWARE it will be under your foot First.
