When I met Glenn on 27th January after almost 10 years, I Promised him I will come in summer holidays to meet him.

He saw beautiful Lake next to my house. I asked him, if he knows swimming?

He said NO.

I told him, if he comes again in May, I will teach Swimming.

So I went to India, again in May 2013. As I asked Lawyer to send Speed post to them, and inform that I am coming. same time he gave me hint that, she may took Glenn to Dubai.

As he knew she already took him to Dubai and she already Applied for the Glenn Passport. My Lawyer was hiding everything from me, as he was updated by her lawyer and both Lawyers were close Friends.

As in Indian Legal System, Everyone including Lawyers and judges, joined together to Rob innocent clients.

If child is minor, both parents have to sign Affidavit to make his Passport, as i have not given and NOC to her, i was thinking she cannt make Glenn Passport. But i was having doubt that she will make some False Affidavit and make his passport and take him to Dubai/Fujaira/Ajman.

Anyway my lawyer said he sent SPEEDPOST about my visitations. i Deposited my passport in advance and went to Shirva.

When i reached their home, it was locked,all windows were closed. only Old Dog was roaming around, i went inside the compound and rung door bell and there was no reply.

I took Photos of closed door / House called my lawyer told him. he said, go and report it to Police.

As Police station was behind their house, I went there and gave them, Complaint in writing.

As PSI was not there in Police Station, one Police called Sub Inspector and told him about my complaint.

SI directed Police to take my Complaint and register it.

I took police to her home, when we reached their one Window was open, that means they were inside hiding and watching.
They saw me going back, so they thought I went back as before.

When Police came and rung their door, Her Father, Old man came out.

Police read out the Complaint and took his statement.

He said, his Daughter took Glenn to ye ye ye…..emirates….

Police did not understood what he is saying, as old man was trumbling when talk.

I told Police, She took Glenn to Dubai.

She took him without Court Order or Permissions. that was abduction
