In the Year 2001 I came backed to India 3 times just to stand trial; Actually Court and my Lawyer Forced me to come back; because of Lawyers threat saying police will arrest my guarantor if I do not come to court.

Whenever I came there was arrest warrant for me; I paid fine and cancelled those warrants; on 3rd time when I came, I did not even get date coz there was no date at all in next 15 days, my lawyer was just telling any date when my friend enquire about next date and I was coming as he said. So far I wasted almost 1 Lakh for ticket and exhausted all my leaves of the year so I went back.

In 2002 My Father requested judge to exempt from court dates as I was spending almost 30000 on every trip to India. But that letter he wrote to Lawyer never reached judge at all; and he issued one more arrest warrant.

As there was no contact from her, she stopped writing to me; in January 2002 I asked my native lawyer to send notice to her; asking her to come and join me; but that notice returned back by her Father.

In April 2002, I Received a call from my Brother saying he saw her in one of the Dubai Bus. So she also left India and joined some job in Dubai.
