      My name is Shan Ahmad

      Mr. Akshay Katiyar who is an advocate in Lucknow High Court has been trying to grab my home for 2 months. He with others intrude my home in night and beat us and misbehave with my wife and daughter. When i went to police station they refused to take any action against advocates.

      Then i went to Lucknow High Court and suited 156/3- bot when i went on date- Mr. Akshay Katiyar beat me and my wife in court and did not let us go to the Judge Room.

      Nobody listen us.

      Kindly sugges what to do?

      Give a Written complaint to police, if they refuse to take report it to SP / DIG or any higher authority.

      When you give a complaint take a copy of it ask Police to sign and stamp so you can later followup (if they take)

      You can submit complaint against Police to higher authority in a speed post so later you can ask them the status with RTI. some regional Police HQs has online facility to file complaints.

      Dear friend you have not mentioned wht is the relation wth so called advocate, why he is trying to grab your house & how he dare to assault you & your wife. You have to submit truth . If he has committed offences , you make written complaint to sr. P.I & higher authorities with medical report for assault & further if you file writ petition before High Court for direction to register FIR & for inquiry investigation, i think your problem will be solved. You must be with clean hands.
