filed tep and later rti to dgit inv income tax, the case officer rejected rti quoting section 24, that the office is exempted under rti act 2005,
have quoted the cic orders related to provoiding response to tep.
also do i need to file rti to some other office of income tax if not dgit inv? -
Hello bro . I am in income tax department and I also filed RTI and got gross total income of wife of 5 years. Post your number I will guide you and send format. In my office also I have filed many RTI with supported judgements .
