I am from Noida working in small company.
It’s been 1.5 years my wife living separately from me and when I filed section9 n she received a notice on that than she filed 498a plus Dowry n other section against me and my 3 sister (who are living separately from the time of my marriage)in Indore at mahila Police station.
Police sent me a notice on watsapp for counselling and we all went but no result only Police were harassing me n my sister’s.
Now Police calling me again n again to take bail from Thana and to come there in Indore but I have a doubt that it’s a trap n my in-laws have already given them more money to arrest me n my sister’s.
So to be on a safer side I applied for Anticipatory bail in session but bail got cancelled. Now what to do??We are very scared of Police n all as we are a respectable family. My wife has nothing in evidence but only our quarrel messages(after she went? where she n I blamed each other.
What to do now? I m going for high court for AB if bail reject there then what will I do???She also filed sec 125 for maintenance.
Please advice.
