Can you at least block Google/Yahoo from accessing my judgment about quashing of 498A (matrimony dispute ).
Judgements of Hon’ble High courts are available by simply doing google search of couple’s name and in search results, link to judgment is available through aironline.in too.
These are matrimonial cases which may be with false allegations and very personal to husband & wife.
By simply typing names of husband/wife in google search, their whole past is available through quashing judgment of respective husband/wife .
I think we should respect the personal life of such people & their privacy by ensuring that their past won’t be exposed over google search.
Also, I like to mention that indian kanoon websites have provision to respect such privacy by not publishing quashing judgments of matrimonial cases over google search. Refer : https://indiankanoon.org/court_case_online.html
Can we have such provision to not list down quashing judgments of matrimonial cases in google search. If yes, can you share detail to how to request you to disable it.
what others do is none of our business, if we have your judgment we can shield name on your request. we respect privacy. these judgments posted as it is without any modification
