Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may

be granted to the petitioner to raise the objections, which have

been raised in the present misc. petition, in the criminal revision

to be preferred by him against the order dated 19.08.2017,

whereby cognizance for the offence under Section 406 IPC was

rejected by the trial court.

The liberty prayed for is granted.

The misc. petition stands disposed off.
