As my Custoday case was not progressing i wrote to President of India in 2009 on Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS)
and just now i got the reply

AFTER 9 YEARS.

If you are Women and Tweet Shushma Swraj you will get reply and Help within 9 minutes

but for Indian men, after 9 years, they just close the case saying NO ACTION REQUIRED.
