Ingredients:
1/2 kg Shrimps
1 Tomato, finely chopped
2 Onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp Oil
Coriander leaves, chopped
Masala/Paste:
2 Green chilies
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Coriander seeds
1″ Ginger piece
2 Garlic flakes
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
Salt as per taste
Water as needed
How to make Shrimp Curry:
Wash and clean the shrimps.
Blend all the ingredients required for the paste/masala.
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the onions till golden brown.
Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the paste and simmer it for 2 minutes.
Add shrimps and water as required.
Let is cook for 5-10 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Shrimp Curry is ready.
