Ingredients:
5 – fish slices
2 tbsp – all purpose flour
5 – green chillies
1 inch – ginger piece
3 – garlic flakes
1 tsp – cumin/jeera
Salt to taste
Lime to taste
1 cup – bread crumbs
2 – beaten egg
Method:
Clean fish, slice and keep aside.
Grind chillies, garlic, cumin, and ginger.
Add salt and lime juice to masala and apply to fish slices and leave for 30 mins.
Dip each slice in flour and beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs.
Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
Serve with tomato sauce.
