Present: Sh. Sahil Gahlawat, APP for State.

Accused Kavita in person with Sh.N.K.Singhal, Advocate.

Today, it has come to the notice of this court that inadvertently, the ld. Predecessor Court did not ask the accused Kavita to furnish bail in this Calendra under Sections 182, 211 IPC. The accused Kavita Hooda has come present before the court along with her counsel and stated that she will appear on each and every date.

Hence, accused Kavita is admitted to bail on her furnishing personal bonds in the sum of Rs. 20,000/-. Requisite bonds on behalf of accused are furnished, accepted and attested. Accused be released forthwith, if not required in any other case.

Further, after careful perusal of the file, it has come to the knowledge of this court that an application for dismissal of calendra has been made by the applicant-accused. Now, the case is fixed for 02.06.2025 for consideration on said application.
