In perspective of a fact that a appellant’s mother had died after 7 years of his matrimony and that too during a place that was distant divided from a place where a appellant was during a time of accident, we are, prima facie, of the view that insurance with courtesy to anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.66/2015 antiquated 27th May, 2015 lodged with Police Station Sello, District Wardha,Maharashtra, is to be granted, as prayed for. Ordered accordingly.

The interest is likely of as allowed.
The appellant shall concur in a investigation and shall sojourn benefaction during a military hire as and when he is summoned by a endangered authorities.
