It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is the mother in law of
the opposite party no. 2/wife and has been falsely implicated in the instant case over a property
dispute.

Under such circumstances, let this revisional application appear under
the heading “motion adjourned” two weeks after reopening of the court after long vacation for the
year 2017.

Ms. Faria Hossain, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of
the State, is present in court and is requested to appear in this matter. A copy of the revision
petition is served upon Ms. Hossain in court.

Ms. Hossain is requested to produce the case diary on the next date of
hearing.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional
application on the opposite party no. 2 through registered speed post with
acknowledgment due and to file an affidavit of service at the next hearing.

There will be stay of all further proceeding in Baranagar

Police Station Case No. 355 dated May 21, 2017 under Sections
498A/325/354/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Additional
Chief Judicial Magistrate at Barrackpore, North 24-Paraganas, for a period of
three weeks after reopening of the court after long vacation for the year 2017 or
until further orders, whichever is earlier.

The petitioner is at liberty to pray for extension of this order

on the selfsame application upon notice to the opposite parties. The opposite
parties are also at liberty to apply for variation, vacation and/or modification of
this order upon notice to the petitioner.
