1. The present application has been filed by the appellant under Section
389 r/w 482 Cr.P.C. for suspension of sentence during the pendency of the
appeal.
2. By the present criminal appeal, the appellant has challenged the
impugned judgment dated 19.10.2020 and order on sentence dated
21.10.2020 whereby the appellant has been convicted under Section 354 IPC
and Section 10 of POCSO Act and has been sentenced to undergo RI for 6
years and fine of Rs.2000/-
3. The allegations against the petitioner are under Section 10 of POSCO
Act and the victim in this case was five years old girl child. The appellant
has not even completed half of the sentence out of the sentence awarded to
him.
