Despite repeated opportunities, the appellant-husband has
failed to discharge the liability of payment of arrears of maintenance
pendente lite.
Today the appellant, present in the Court, has expressed his
inability to pay any amount towards maintenance pendente lite.
In view of said circumstances, the appeal deserves to be
dismissed for non-compliance of the interim orders for payment of
maintenance pendente lite.
Dismissed without prejudice to the rights of the respondent to
recover the arrears of maintenance pendente lite in accordance with the
procedure of law.
