granted by co-ordinate Bench of this Court comprising of Hon’ble Shri Justice

Anand Pathak and now the said Bench is available, therefore, prayed to list this
matter before the same Bench.

In view of above, registry is directed to verify the same and list this
matter before appropriate Bench in the week commencing 01/04/2024.
