142. Application for order not to fill vacancy in Committee
An application by the Official Liquidator under the proviso to sub-section (9) of section 465 for an order that a vacancy occurring in the Committee of inspection shall not be filled, shall be made upon notice to the remaining members of the Committee of Inspection and such other persons as the Court may direct.
