22. Enclosures to petition
Unless dispensed with by the Judge or Registrar, every petition and application mentioned in Appendix II hereof, shall be accompanied by the documents set opposite thereto in column 4 of the said Appendix.
[Note.- Where the minute book of the company is required to be produced, a copy of the relevant minute, certified by the company to be a true copy, may be filed along with the minute book, and after the copy has been checked with the original, the Registrar may return the minute book to the company on its undertaking to produce the same when required. Before returning the minute book, the Registrar shall initial the relevant page or pages of the book for subsequent identification.]
