This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order
dated 23.04.2018 (Annexure P-12) in case of FIR No.238, dated 07.08.2014 under
Section 406 IPC, P.S. Navi Baradari District Jalandhar whereby permission to the
petitioner to go abroad has been declined.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner wants
to go abroad i.e. Singapore for admission of his son.
On the other hand, learned State counsel has opposed the prayer of
the petitioner.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the present
petition is allowed and the impugned order dated 23.04.2018 is set aside. The
petitioner is allowed to go Singapore for a period of ten days i.e. from 19.06.2018
to 29.06.2018 and he will return on 30.06.2018 to India subject to furnishing bank
guarantee in the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- and surety to the satisfaction of the trial
Court/CJM/Duty Magistrate concerned with further conditions, if any, imposed
by the learned trial Court/CJM/Duty Magistrate.
