no it happens. even in my case also bail procdeedings extended by 15 days. but in next date i got AB. there was arguments by both my lawyer and Govt lawyer for and against AB. it all depends on your lawyers verbal communication skills and his understanding of the judge. Dont worry u’ll get a bail. give strong points to ur lawyer as told by D’souza sir and Kachave sir.

And most importantly increase your and your family’s patience level. if 498A is chargesheeted then fight dont look back. get it cleared by judgement of court only. Dont make compromise inbetween. even if you compromise the case is not closed. it is still open unless it is judged with judgement. Otherwise there are full chances of another 498A. which will make your life more worse…
