Abs,
No court in India sanctions this kind of harassment. But unfortunately, it is wide spread and has no easy solutions. I suppose your children are very young. It is heartbreaking.
My wife also does the same and my daughter is only six.
I have not been able to find a satisfactory solution and it has been two years since we separated. I have visitation rights from the court but on other days she wont allow me to talk to my daughter.
