My wife filled a court complaint U/S 406 IPC against me, my family and my relatives in her nearest court but she mentioned the story happened in my home which is in diiferent district. So, please advice me that the case is maintainable or not, as the place of occurance is outside the jurisdiction. will be helpful to appeal in HC?
