My wife has put the above charges on me & my family despite doing nothing. Since then the cops have been after us there was no Counselling or any efforts put in by the cops to understand the issue. They were bride by the girls side and they went ahead and booked the case ever since me and my parents have been running around between our relatives place as the cops are asking us to arrest us. We have applied for Bail and the bail was rejected as they have also added 324 on me. Now we have applied for anticipatory bail hoping that we will get it. I am not sure what am i supposed to do. Can you please advice ?
