Compliant by my wife in women cell

Please let us know what she wrote in her FIR or complaint, her allegations.

She has written that i donot give her food, asks for dowry, beats her, does not allow my children to speak to her….and I and my mother aborted her which took place six years back. All allegations made by her aginst me and my mother are absolutly false.About my elder brother she has written that my brother harasses her and her family whenever he visits our home town and was booked under section 498a by his wife, which his totally false my brother and his wife are living a happy married life since there marriage and nothing such has happened in their life.

reply to her false allegation. 498a is not yet filed. try if u can resolve grievances at this stage. see if you can talk to her and know y she took such a step. marriage of more than 13 years and you have two childrens. after 498a it is difficult for reconciliation.

See Rekh she filed case without informing or without any mediation, or negotiation.

now there is no chance of any compromise.

and there is biase too, police took her 6 year old complaint without varifing it.

as rekh is not here(blocked) is no one will argue her point even if dsouza gives his false/true interpretation.

even if there is slightest chance of compromise you make use of it as your union is of long time and 2 kids.

breaking a house is easy but not rebuilding.

as far as I am concerned i had opted for councelling and waited for him to take the first stand and then i filed the cases with all the proof and the compliant was registered only after panchnama and investigation. but now my husband is in anticipatory bail and facing trail. i have no intention of continue he too does not. so no question of compromise.

I appeared in women cell on 15th April. My next date is 23rd April. Thro RTI i have applied for the complaint copy which I may receive this week…What shld b the next step

immedietly file for sons custody, if they are older than 5 years. till custody is decided ask court for visitation and not to chnage their school from current one.

If she was not given foof then how she survived 12 years…? on Air

if she says you were beating her, ask medical certificate or proofs if any

bombard with RTI to women terrorists cell for her every word, so they can get clear picture of the case.

Can my brother send a defamation notice to my wife ?

once he is out or his name is removed from the case.

If you are sure that criminal complaint is filed, it will be better to approach for anticipatory bail application.
