My Wife had filled 3 cases for divorce, maintenence and return of goods. I also have a daughter who is with her at my in laws place since her birth. I have tried several ways and means to convince her for not letting this happen. My wife and her parents donot allow us to meet my daughter. We have not seen our daughter since her birth. She is also demanding for Rs. 25 lacs for a mutual consent divorce which i am not in financial condition to obey. I want my wife and my daughter back in my life. I also feel that her parents especially her mom probably is behind all this. Request for guidance on the same.

what r her allegations? y is she not happy with u?
you have visiting rights which cannot be denied to you. file for child access.
you have to give child support and maintenance to her if she was not working during the time she was staying with you and if she is still not employed.

File Restitute conjugal rights (RCR) asking her to come back, as she has no right to stay away from you as long as she is married to you. let her say whatever she is thinking.
If she was qualified/educated then you can deny her claim of maintenance, check judgements here http://mynation.net/docs/sitemap/
and dont forget to file visitation right too.
If you are in major cities of India we have local groups to guide you please contact them and join weekly meetings.
rest assured.

Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act speaks of maintenance pendente lite and expenses of proceedings.
Where in any proceeding it appears to the Court that either the wife or the husband, as the case may be, has no independent income sufficient for her or his support and the necessary expenses of the proceeding, it may, on the application of the wife or the husband, order the respondent to pay the petitioner the expenses of the proceeding such sum as, having regard to the petitioner’s own income and the income of the respondent, it may seem to the Court to be reasonable.
