      I and my wife is staying separate for last 18 months, even if we both are in the same city. Last year we tried mutual divorce. After I got settlement drafted, signed by both of us, notified by notary, she backed out. I kept visiting her parents place to see my son. Through out this her sister, who lives in UK, started sending me derogatory, abusive and threatening emails. She even stalks me on LinkedIn, Twitter and my wordpresd account and threatens to defame me on public platforms. Most of these mails I have shared with my wife and father-in-law. They have tried to stop her but to no avail. I am seeking advice on how should I approach this. Should I file one sided divorce or file a complaint to stop my sis-in-law?

      Now she is defaming me on public platforms like Github. Also threatening to post on LinkedIn. She is threatening to reach out to my employer. Should I file FIR in local police station also inform Indoan Embassy in UK?
