Hi All
My name is Rohit Jain. I had filed divorce case on the grounds of cruelty and now my wife has filed for maintenance under HMA 24. My question is that
1) I recently got promoted last year so my salary looks inflated compared to when we separated. so my interim maintenance will be decided looking at current salary or my overall earnings till today.
2) my wife has hid her income from other sources and she has inflated cost of child upbringing. 54k for 6 year old kid. is 54k reasonable amount for 6 year old kid? how can I challenge her on this point?Thank you for all the support.
