      My wife is a qualified engineer. not working by wish.previously worked around 2 years back before marriage.now she is claiming maintainance on grounds that she is not able to maintain herself.she is only daughter of her parents.

      can someone suggest relevent judgements to counter her claim. we were married for only 4 months.

      only one judgement od mamata jaiswal VS rajesh jaiswal is known to me

      plz advice asap
