I had been receiving Cr.P.C. 160 notices before. I was arrested in jan 11 and now i am on regular bail. Kindly advice me whether the police can send me the same notices now too, because at present i recvd a notice to join the investigation which is not as per the Cr.P.C. 160/175 format. Its just a computer typed notice requesting me to join the proceedings. Charge sheet has not been filed yet. Also, my father and brother got the A.B. awaiting for mother’s.

You move before Sessions Court for A.BA court will ask him for the same and you will be protected by the court.

      hello sir,

Can police send the notices for investigation after the accused/es get anticipatory/regular bail? As in our case i am on regular bail and my father and brother are on AB. Only mother is left for whom we are filing AB in sessions court. Sending these notices may be a ploy from police to delay the filing of charge sheet????
