Rejection on Restitution of Conjugal rights

Dear Sir,

my friend’s wife came to maternal home for delivery. The baby boy delivered. After delivery she did not turn up to husband, on the contrary she used abusive and insulting language with him on phone, and provoked him by demanding divorce.
Accordingly the husband filed divorce on the grounds on cruelty.

The moment, wife received notice for divorce,
1. The wife filed complaint to Women Cell against all the family members.
2. Filed Domestic Violence case in District court
3. Filed Sec 125 for maintenance
4. By taking Women Cell’s report, she filed 498A, 420, 323, 504, 506, 34, with added 377 after interim bail
5. Filed Sec 23 for interim maintenance
6. Filed Section 9 for Restitution of Conjugal rights
7. Filed Sec 24 for transfer of Divorce matter to her place

The husband has filed only Divorce Matter under Sec 13(1-ia).
And wife bombarded with so many cases.

I humbly request you to advice to go ahead in the matter please.

the friend wants,
1. divorce
2. the custody of baby boy if possible.

The facts of the matter till date:
1. bails in all the matter granted
2. both husband and wife are same in education, but wife is 5 years younger than husband
3. husband earns only 4000/- per month
4. 498A is in court, DV is in Court, Sec 125 and Sect 9 to file say.
