      on 11/6 DSP NCW Ludhiana giving 7day notice threatened me to choose

      1. Convince wife to revoke her complaint by quitely accepting all her terms

      2 Sign divorce paper along with dowry & all expenses in Lacs of Rs claimed by inlaws

      fail 2 chose get jailed

      As early as possible move before sessions court for anticipatory bail , annex the said notice along with the application. if any problem contact.

      no need to annex. You have to mention apprehension of arrest in cognizable offense & facts of matter what has happened, you engage your lawyer, he will do.
