Ingredients
Grapes(Black ones) – 1 kg
Sugar – 200 gm
Cardamom – 3 nos(powdered)
Cloves – 2/3 nos
Cinnamon – 1 piece
Directions
1)Boil grapes in 2 1/2 glass of water.
2)Keep it overnight.
3)Next day, grind it in a mixer or squeeze it with your hands.
4)Remove the skin and extract the juice.
5)Boil water in a pan.
6)Add sugar and make it thick.
7)Add cloves, powdered cardamom and cinnamon and mix well.
8)Add the juice to it.
9)Allow it to cool.
10)Keep in refrigerator.
:- Serve chilled.
