1 big raw green mango ?finely chopped
curry leaves for seasoning
5 green chillies
1 cup roasted groundnuts
pinch of turmeric
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1.Grind raw mango, green chillis, roasted groundnuts and salt to a coarse paste.
2.Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
3.Then add cumin seeds, urad dal, turmeric and curry leaves and fry till brown for 30 seconds.
4.Serve with hot steaming rice and ghee.
