Fruit Pooranpoli


500 gms wheat flour
2 apples
2 bananas
1 custard apple
1 tbsp.sugar
1 tbsp. mix dry fruit powder(kaju pista almond)
A pinch of jaiphal powder
Ghee for cooking


Grate the apple and squeeze the water
Add the custard apple pulp and mashed banana
Add sugar dry fruit powder and jaiphal powder mix well
Take the wheat flour knead it into dough
Make small balls
Take one ball make a cup shape of it stuff it with the filling roll it out in small puree
First roast it on the tava and then deep fry it in the ghee
