Ingredients:
Long red Chillies 2½ Kg.
Short chillies ½ Kg.
Coriander seeds 250 gms.
Cumin seeds – 100 gms.
Mustard 50 gms.
Pepper 50 gms.
Turmeric Powder 50 gms.
Cinnamon and clove 50 Gms.
Method:
Dry all the above ingredients preferably in the sun for 10 days.
Powder and store in a tight container.
