Preparation time: :20 minutes
4 Chicken breast halves w/o skin
2 tablespoons Flour
2 tablespoons Olive oil
3/4 cup Peach nectar
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
2 Peaches, sliced in wedges
1/2 teaspoon Five-spice, spice mixture
1 cup Snap beans
1 dash Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier liqueur
Dredge the chicken breast through the flour. Heat the olive oil in a sautژ pan and sautژ the chicken until it is slightly firm. Add the peach nectar, brown sugar, five spice and simmer two minutes. Add the wedged peaches and snap beans and continue to simmer until chicken is done (about two minutes). Add the Grand Marnier and flame. Serve immediately.
Note: for added color, use sweet red peppers or pimentos.
