Clean & wash squid fish and cut into round pices. (drain and keep aside for 15mts)
Marinate the fish with salt, 1tsp. chilli powder & 1/2 tsp turmaric powder. Keep it aside for another 20 mts.
Ingredients:
1tb sp. cooking oil
3 green chillies
1 big capsicum
1 big onion cut into thin slices
3 minced garlic
1 inch fresh ginger cut into small pcs.
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp. hot chillie sauce (optional)
3tb.sp. chopped fresh corrionder
salt to taste
Method:
Fry marinated squid fish in 1tb.sp. of oil, When it is completely dry and cooked, add onion, ginger and garlic and fry for a minute add salt if required. Then add thin slit capsicum to it and fry for a while on thin flame. Add slit green chillies, 1 tsp. soya sauce and 1tsp hot chilli sause, fry again for a while and finally garnish with green coriander leaves. Serve hot
