50 g steamed prawns
50 g bean sprouts
50 g mushrooms, sliced
50 g spring onion, chopped
20 g garlic, roasted and chopped
500 ml chicken stock
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
Heat the chicken stock in a pan and add the bean sprouts, spring onions and mushrooms.
Allow the stock to come to the boil, them add the steamed noodles and prawns.
Stir in the salt, sugar and pepper powder.
Stir for another three to four minutes, till all the ingredients are well combined.
Remove from heat sprinkle the roasted garlic on top, and serve hot.
