Husband-petitioner is in the revision petition against the order

passed by the learned trial Court fixing the maintenance pendente lite at

`4,000/- per month.

Learned trial Court after discussing the pleadings of the parties

and after noticing that the application for grant of maintenance under the

Protection of Women from the Domestic Violence Act, has been dismissed

fixed the maintenance.

The Court has noticed that the wife is working on ad hoc basis

whereas the husband is working as a photographer and Journalist.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts, there is no scope

for interference.

Revision petition is dismissed.
